Vancouver, B.C., August 17, 2017 - EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave”, or the "Company") today announced that it has hired Adelaide Capital Markets (“ACM”) to provide investor relations and corporate development services for the Company.

ACM’s President, Ms. Deborah Honig has extensive experience working in the Canadian capital markets, in the role of Vice President Institutional Sales for several leading broker dealers. ACM intends to broaden the awareness of EnWave’s investment case throughout the retail and institutional market in Canada and consult directly with the Company to improve and execute its corporate development strategies.

EnWave is to remunerate ACM at the rate of CAD$7,500 per month and the service agreement is subject to termination upon thirty days-notice by either party after the first three months of service.

1. nutraREV^® which is used in the food industry to dry food products quickly and at low-cost, while maintaining high levels of nutrition, taste, texture and colour;

2. powderREV^® which is used for the bulk dehydration of food cultures, probiotics and fine biochemicals such as enzymes below the freezing point, and

3. quantaREV^® which is used for continuous, high-volume low-temperature drying.
